Cancellation Policy
Assumption of Risk By booking and participating in any program, camp, training session, or event offered by NXT Soccer through our website (nxtsoccer.com), you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or any other harm that may occur during participation. Media Policy By booking and participating in our programs, you agree to our media policy which permits NXT Soccer to capture, use, and share photographs, videos, and other media of your child on our social media platforms, website, promotional materials, and any other media outlets. If you do not consent to the use of your child’s image or likeness, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing prior to participation. Waiver and Release of Liability By booking and participating in any of our offerings, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless NXT Soccer, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm sustained by you or your child, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or any other harm that may occur during participation. You further agree that this waiver and release of liability applies to all claims, whether based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory, and includes any and all damages, including but not limited to compensatory, punitive, or consequential damages.
